1. Definitions
“Company” refers to Prof-Clean, the provider of cleaning services.“Client” refers to any individual or business using our services.“Services” refers to residential or commercial cleaning services offered by the Company.“Booking” refers to any service order made through our website, phone, email, or any other communication channel.“Service Location” refers to the property where the cleaning service is performed.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling a cleaning service or using the Company’s website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Services Provided
3.1. The Company provides professional cleaning services according to the specifications agreed upon at the time of Booking.3.2. The scope of work (e.g., standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, window cleaning) must be clearly defined before the service.3.3. The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing or refuse service if the condition of the property differs significantly from what was described at Booking (e.g., extreme dirtiness, hazardous waste, infestations).3.4. Certain services may require additional fees (e.g., heavy lifting, interior appliances, special materials).
4. Booking, Access, and Scheduling
4.1. Bookings may be made via the website, phone, or email.4.2. The Client must provide accurate details at Booking (address, property size, condition, required service type).4.3. The Client must ensure the Company has access to the Service Location at the scheduled time.4.4. If access cannot be granted due to missing keys, incorrect codes, the Client not being present, or any other reason, this is considered a no-show (see Section 7).4.5. The Company reserves the right to reschedule or assign different cleaning personnel as needed.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1. Service fees are based on the type of cleaning, size of property, time required, and any additional services.5.2. The Company may require payment before the start of service or immediately after completion.5.3. Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer, cash, or invoicing for recurring clients.5.4. For recurring services, the Client may be billed automatically on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.5.5. Late payments may incur fees. The Company reserves the right to suspend services until the balance is paid.
6. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
6.1. To cancel or reschedule without penalty, you must notify the Company at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.6.2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a fee of 50% to 100% of the service cost.6.3. Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time is considered a no-show and may be charged at full price.6.4. Same-day cancellations are charged at 100% of the service fee.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
7.1. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, you must notify the Company within 24 hours of service completion.7.2. The Company will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.7.3. A re-clean does not apply if the Client’s belongings or conditions at the property changed significantly after the service was completed.
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
● Provide accurate and complete information for Booking.● Ensure a safe working environment for cleaning staff.● Secure valuables and fragile items before service.● Notify us of any special materials, delicate surfaces, or known hazards.● Keep pets secured during the cleaning appointment.
9. Liability & Damages
9.1. The Company is insured and takes reasonable precautions to avoid damage.9.2. The Company is not liable for:pre-existing damage or wear and tear,items that are improperly installed or unstable,damages to delicate or unsecured items not disclosed prior to service,mold, infestation, biohazards, or structural issues.9.3. Any claims for damage must be submitted within 48 hours of service.9.4. The Company’s liability is limited to the cost of the service performed or the maximum allowed by applicable law.
10. Health & Safety
10.1. The Company may refuse service if the environment is unsafe (e.g., hazardous waste, violence, aggressive animals).10.2. The Company does not handle toxic chemicals, black mold, or biohazard cleanup unless explicitly agreed upon.
11. Independent Contractor Status
Cleaning personnel provided by the Company operate as employees or subcontractors of the Company—not of the Client.The Client has no employment relationship, tax responsibility, or supervisory authority over cleaning personnel.
12. Privacy Policy & SMS Consent
12.1. By using our services, you may receive SMS or email notifications regarding appointments.12.2. We do not sell your personal data, including SMS.12.3. Your consent to receive SMS is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
13. Changes to Terms
The Company may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Company primarily operates (e.g., California, New York, Florida, etc. — specify your state).
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income or property value.
